Ann Coulter, author of ‘In Trump We Trust: E Pluribus Awesome!’ (yes, there is an exclamation point), has turned on Trump of late.
To be clear, Ann Coulter’s trip with Donald Trump has been long and strange indeed. He wasn’t conservative enough for her in the 2016 primaries, but his charm and/or evil bombast charmed her in the end. Hence the aforementioned ridiculous book.
Trump’s brash style and transparent appeal to low-information “conservatives” that it was just very on-brand for Coulter to come around to Donald Trump. And she did. Why wouldn’t she? What most people find appalling about Trump as a human being: racism, xenophobia, misogyny, lying, inability to admit defeat — that’s all Coulter.
So Donald Trump should be very troubled about losing Ann Coulter. The first and loudest shot fired was on the medium that they both hold so dear: twitter.
So Stormy says she and Trump had sex only once. I guess if you want the guy to screw you repeatedly, you have to be one of his voters.

But that was to be taken with a grain of salt as we all know Coulter could be bought back with a gesture such as building the godforsaken border wall. Coulter even went on to admit such in an interview with New York Times. She’s a cheap enough date.
Coulter also said, regarding Trump, that “former Trumpers should put the fear of God in him.”
In the intervening days, Coulter has been terribly displeased with Donald Trump’s actions in Syria.
“ASSAD’S broader war machine.” Didn’t we just drop bombs on a country 7k miles away and of zero strategic interest? https://t.co/XUP6cTYRQi

For those of us who cannot comprehend how any person became a “Trumper” in the first place, maybe Ann Coulter is the best litmus test we have.
And the news for this president is pretty dire, if his core supporters no longer enjoy good, old-fashioned war theater.
